در سرزمین خواب های بد

من خواب بدی دیده ام. یک کابوس بلند غبارآلود. خواب دیده ام که یک نفر - که صدایش خیلی شبیه هادی بوده- درست سر ساعت پنج بعدازظهر به من تلفن زده و گفته بیا مشهد و من دلم ریخته پایین. بعد من در یک هوای خاکستری و سرد، رسیده ام به یک جای شلوغی که یک عالمه آدم سرگردان آنجا بوده اند همه منتظر پرواز و خیلی نا امید شده ام و بعد یکی گفته آنجا بایست و برو. و من، گیج و مبهوت، دلم آشوب، توی ابرهای تیره و دودآلود بوده ام و بعد رسیده ام به سردترین زمین خدا. و بعد یک خانه را دیده ام تلّ خانه خودمان با در باز و چراغ های روشن و دلم هرّستی ریخته پایین و رفته ام تو و یک عالمه آدم را دیده ام عین امیر و هادی و مهدی و آقاجان و مامان و افسر و فیروزه و عمو و خیلی های دیگر که همه گریه می کرده اند. آقاجان را دیده ام که انگار خیلی پیر و شکسته شده بوده و بعد یک زنی را دیده ام که جیغ بمی کشیده که "محمودم آمده ... به چه زودی خودت را رساندی مادر". من خواب دیده ام یک پسری جست زده در آغوش مادرش های و های گریه کرده و مادرش یک قطره هم گریه نکرده و مویه کرده و مویه کرده و مویه. یک خانه را خواب دیده ام که پر از نعره و ضجه و گریه بوده. خواب دیده ام که در خواب فهمیده ام که خواب می بینم اما نمی توانسته ام بیدار شوم. خواب دیده ام که خوابیده ام تا از خواب بد بیدار شوم اما یک صبح ، صدای گریه ای - که عینهو صدای گریه امیر بوده - ناامیدم کرده. خواب یک خانه را دیده ام که از شدت آدم و سیگار و ضجه و عرق در حال انفجار بوده. من کابوس دیده ام. کابوس جسد جوانی را دیده ام که دهانش نیمه باز مانده، پر از خون. خواب مرده دیده ام. یک مرده که شباهت به کسی می برد که فکرش آنچنان وحشتناک بود که دور نبود خوابم را پاره کند. در رویا پدر را دیده ام که در یک تالار بزرگ آکنده از مرگ، به بالین کسی رفته که همیشه خدا یا برای بوسیدن و نوازش به بالینش رفته بوده و یا مرتب کردن جای خوابش و جوانی را دیده -شبیه من- شکسته و خونین. مغزم منجمد، بر پرده ای سرخ رنگ، جوانی را دیده ام سوار بر مرکبی سیاه، شتابان به سوی مرگ روان. مغزم تیر کشیده و همو را دیده ام در میان بوی کافور و حجاب نایلون، با ته ریشی تُنُک، خفته بر سنگی سفید تنگ در آغوش من. بعد آدمهایی که انگار برآنند مرا بیدار کنند از خواب بد، کشان کشان مرا برده اند کنار زنی پریشان، که جز پریشانی اش همه شباهت می برد به مادر من که انگار مادر آن خفته هم هست. خفته ای با دهان نیمه باز، نه پر از باران، که پنبه در آن. خواب یک صبح سرد نیمه روشن را دیده ام در جایی پر از نقارخانه. یک جای زرد درخشان با صندوقی بر دوش. صندوق پر از عطر یاس. خرچنگی چنگ زنان در گلویم.
خواب بدی دیده ام. کابوسی بلند و غبارآلود. خواب مه غلیظی را دیده ام که اندک اندک محو شده و من میان هزارتا آدم بهت زده، خونی را دیده ام که دم در خانه مان شتک زده روی موزاییک ها و من هر چه فکر کرده ام نفهمیده ام عروسی کیست. بعد یک صندوق را دیده ام که رفته توی حیاط آن خانه و چرخ زده دور باغچه و مادر را که چرخ می زده روی ایوان مرمری و یکی شبیه عمه که خیلی بلند جیغ می کشیده و من شک کرده ام که نکند این عزا باشد و بعد فکر کرده ام که خواب مرگ خوب است و می گویند نشانه پول است و بعد یک برگه را دیده ام که اسم من رویش بوده و صدای پدر را شنیده ام که خبر از آن می داد که انگار آن مرده می دانسته که می خواهد بمیرد و خودش را بیمه کرده بوده و نصف پول بیمه عمرش به من می رسد و من یک لحظه مغزم تیر کشیده که توی تابوت انگار محسن را دیده ام و اینقدر چندشم شده از آن خواب که آرزو کرده ام زود بیدار شوم و هیچوقت پولدار نشوم. خواب تهوع دیده ام که آن هم شاید خوب باشد...
خواب جمعیت دیده ام و خواب یک شهر کوچک را. خواب یک قبرستان خلوت و با صفا را دیده ام و یک کوه رویایی پر برف و یک درخت زیبا را در کنار یک گودال نمناک. در خواب جلو رفته ام و خیلی دوست داشته ام بروم در گودال سرد بخوابم تا زودتر از همه خوابهای بد بیدار شوم اما باز یکعده نگذاشته اند. خواب دیده ام یک نفر خشک و سرد و شکننده را جای من، اجازه خواب داده اند و صدایی شنیده ام که خبرم داده محکوم شده ام که در سرزمین خواب های بد ماندگار شوم. خواب آدمهای آشنا را دیده ام که مات مانده اند در خلا و خیره به من و من دیده ام به سرعت برق موهایشان سفید و صورتهاشان پر چروک شده و از ترس که رو گردانده ام، خودم را دیده ام پیر و شکسته و خمیده.
خوابهایی دیده ام که مو بر تنم راست کرده اند.
چه کسی از خواب بد، بیدارم می کند؟

محمود عزيز، خواب هم جزوی از زندگی ماست. ما فقط می توانيم ضجه بزنيم وقتی خواب بد می بينيم. وقتی در خواب بد ابدی می شويم. مرگ واقعا خواب است يک خواب بد اما برای ديگران آنها که بيدارند و خواب می بينند. از دست دادن برادر سخت است. حتی اگر خواب باشد. چه رسد به اينکه خواب نباشد.
