ديروز آقاي فرهادپور از تجربه ديني انديشمندي غربي صحبت مي كرد كه به سادگي اتفاق افتاده بود. در يك اتوبوس، با حسي نسبتا ناخوشايند و اندكي داغ شدن پشت و در نهايت انتخاب يكي از دو راه قبول خدا يا رد آن؛ كه تجربه كننده راه خدا را انتخاب مي كند و از آن پس با ايماني محكم زندگي مي كند. طبيعتا نكته جالب در اين تجربه سادگي و خالي از حشو و زوائد (هاتف، نور، باران، شعله، خواب و...) بودن آن است. اما سوال من اين است كه اگر به همان راحتي، تجربه كننده راه ديگر را برميگزيد باز هم ديگران، و از آنها مهمتر«خودش» قبول مي كرد كه تجربه اش ديني بوده است؟
ملاك ديني (يا حتي عرفاني) بودن يك تجربه و يك حالت چيست؟ آيا «پرسندگي» در يك تجربه آنرا از حالت ديني خارج نمي كند؟ اگر جواب منفي است (يعني تجربه اي مثل تجربه فوق را بتوان ديني محسوب كرد) شق ديگر ماجرا به چه سرنوشتي دچار خواهد شد؟
اگر (آن شق ديگر) ديني محسوب شود كه نتيجتا يك تجربه ديني به نفي دين (الوهيت، خدا يا هر چيز ديگر) انجاميده است.
اگر (آن شق ديگر) ديني محسوب نشود در نتيجه ما با يك تجربه ديني طرفيم كه نتيجه حاصل از آن تجربه ديني بودن آنرا معين مي كند و در نتيجه كل فرآيند غير قابل اعتماد خواهد بود.
